Our campsite in Dordogne Périgord Noir “La Ferme de la Brauge”, classified 3 stars, offers a privileged location in the heart of the Vézère valley, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site for its prehistoric treasures and also classified as a Grand Site de France.
It is situated on a hill top, in a protected area where you will enjoy superb scenic views on wonderful landscapes.
While your children feed the animals, set up your camping equipment on one of the large terraced, shaded and flowered pitches offering a panoramic view.

Our farm campsite of 28 pitches is ideally located for exploring the Perigord. beauties. Located in the triangle of Les Eyzies (world capital of prehistory), Lascaux (known as the Sistine chapel of Paleolithic art) and Sarlat (medieval city and jewels), you will be less than 20 minutes by car from several dozen of touristic sites.

A campsite, but also a farm
The origin of the word “Brauge” probably comes from the Occitan “Brau” meaning “Bull”. Continuing the century-old tradition, you will still find bulls today at “La Ferme de La Brauge”, since we have a breeding of Limousin cows.
Children will also be delighted to feed the chickens, rabbits or the donkey “Cannelle”.
It is also not uncommon to see the farm tractor turn into a school bus.

- The camp-site is open from March 10th to November 15th
- Our gîtes are open all year long
- The reception is open from 8am to 12.30pm and from 2pm to 10pm.
